Our ponytail providers are generously compensated for above what is customary, allowing Chinese families to buy crops to plant, and pay for advanced education, including corresponding supplies, which in turn allows whole communities to thrive. HHI has engaged SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company, to ensure compliance with the global standards and local regulations, preventing: child-labor, forced labor, discrimination and ensuring a safe working environment with fair working hours and wages.
Our commitment to quality led us to acquire a highly automated Human Hair Center of Excellence (“HHCE”) located in Salzburg, Austria. The HHI HHCE created and maintains a meticulous 34-step quality-control process laying the foundation for the most consistent high-quality luxurious cuticle-intact, Remy human hair that the best salons around the world rely upon to achieve measurable change.
